The practice of the doctor calling out your name from a distance is difficult in a crowded room often with noisey children. For the deaf or hearing impaired this is unexceptable!
Dot-Matrix sign board would be much more efficient.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we do agree that a dot matrix board would be an excellant idea, however due to the layout of the practice waiting room we would need 3 of them so all the paitents could see who is being called. We do however have at both sites a loop system for the hard of hearing to use in your consultation. Thank you for taking the time, your comments are most appreciated
